CloudViva is a free AI-powered tool for DevOps and DevSecOps engineers. We believe in transparency. This page explains exactly how your data is handled and what you agree to by using this service.

1. No Data Storage

CloudViva does not store, log, retain, or share any content you submit for analysis. Your Terraform plans, Dockerfiles, Kubernetes manifests, CI/CD pipelines, and any other configuration files are sent directly to our AI model for real-time analysis and are immediately discarded after the response is returned. We have no database of user submissions.

2. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to CloudViva. Do not submit data that you are not authorised to share, including proprietary infrastructure configurations, secrets, credentials, API keys, passwords, or any confidential information belonging to your organisation or clients. By using CloudViva, you confirm that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

3. AI-Generated Results

All analysis results are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. CloudViva makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. Results should not be treated as professional security advice. Always verify AI-generated findings with qualified engineers before making infrastructure or security decisions in production environments.

4. No Liability

CloudViva and its operators accept no liability for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to: decisions made based on AI analysis results, data submitted by users, security incidents, or infrastructure changes. Use this service at your own risk.

CloudViva uses the Anthropic Claude API to process analysis requests. By using CloudViva, you acknowledge that your submitted content is processed by Anthropic's systems subject to their usage policies. We do not control how Anthropic handles data on their end. 7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CloudViva after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the last update is shown below.
