CloudViva provides cloud and DevOps learning, practical analysis tools, and scoped engineering support. This page explains how data is handled and what you agree to when using these services.

1. How We Handle Submitted Data

CloudViva does not store or retain content submitted to the free analysis tools after the response is returned. Contact form enquiries are different: they are sent to CloudViva by email so we can respond, and may remain in the business mailbox for follow-up. Resend processes the contact details to deliver the message.

2. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to CloudViva. Do not submit data that you are not authorised to share, including proprietary infrastructure configurations, secrets, credentials, API keys, passwords, or any confidential information belonging to your organisation or clients. By using CloudViva, you confirm that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

3. AI-Generated Results

All analysis results are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. CloudViva makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. Results should not be treated as professional security advice. Always verify AI-generated findings with qualified engineers before making infrastructure or security decisions in production environments.

4. No Liability

CloudViva and its operators accept no liability for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to: decisions made based on AI analysis results, data submitted by users, security incidents, or infrastructure changes. Use this service at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

The CloudViva name, logo, and all website content are the property of CloudViva. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without explicit written permission.

6. Third-Party AI

CloudViva uses the Anthropic Claude API to process analysis requests. By using CloudViva, you acknowledge that your submitted content is processed by Anthropic's systems subject to their usage policies. We do not control how Anthropic handles data on their end. 7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CloudViva after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the last update is shown below.
